This Privacy Policy explains how WN Analytics Reader handles information when used to access analytics data for authorized accounts.
Information accessed
WN Analytics Reader may access read-only reporting data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console after the account owner or an authorized user grants permission through Google OAuth.
Purpose of access
The accessed data is used only to review, summarize, and analyze performance of websites and properties that the operator is authorized to manage.
Read-only use
The service is designed for read-only analysis. It does not use granted access to change Google Analytics properties, Search Console properties, website content, advertising settings, or account permissions.
OAuth credentials and tokens
OAuth credentials and access tokens are not made public. They are used only as required to authenticate authorized requests to Google services and should be stored securely by the operator.
Sharing and sale of data
WN Analytics Reader does not sell analytics data. Analytics information is not shared with unrelated third parties except where required by law or necessary to operate infrastructure explicitly controlled by the operator.
Data retention
Analytics data should only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for internal reporting, troubleshooting, or analysis. Access can be revoked at any time through the relevant Google account security settings.
Scope
This tool is intended for internal use with accounts and properties for which valid authorization has been granted.
